Functional Summary
The GATA2 D207Gfs*75 variant is a truncating mutation that results in the loss of protein expression. Functional evidence indicates that truncating mutations in GATA2, particularly affecting the ZF1 and ZF2 domains, are associated with hematological malignancies and poor prognosis.
